The Solara Smart Patio Covers are a high end product and are more expensive than a basic aluminum patio cover but worth the extra money if you want the benefit of having control over your roof. Open or Close it, it's up to you. The general cost of the Solara Patio Covers is between $29 to $35 to sq-ft.

Solara Adjustable Top Covers are available as a “Complete” Unit including beams and posts as well as a “Top Only” unit which includes Purlins, Pans and all necessary components to control the pans.  No beams or posts are included with the top only kit, you will need to supply these items.
